Participants will learn about the history of fair housing and early REALTOR® practices and policies, review the fundamentals of federal and Michigan fair housing law, and examine current issues affecting real estate practice—including private listings, appraisals, the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, financing options, the impact of market changes on vulnerable communities, and recent changes in federal guidance.
